Working with Avi and the rest of that Galanti Group team was a wonderful experience. Avi gave excellent advice as both our buying and selling realtor and we would use him and his group again in a heartbeat. Avi personally helped us strategize how to renovate portions of our house to maximize its value and to ensure an easy sale. His suggestions were always spot on. The group was exceptionally responsive to our needs and had a great attention to detail.

Avi did a fantastic job for us on both the sale of our condo in DC and the subsequent purchase of our home in Bethesda. He and the entire Galanti team were professional, organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with through out both of our transactions. Avi was up-to-date on the real estate market conditions in both locations and gave us superb advice on selling our condo (e.g., prepping, staging, and most importantly listing price). Kris Feldman of Galanti Group is the best in the business. She guided us through four home transactions and with each transaction, she reiterated to us that she is professional, flexible, knowledgeable and reliable. After working with Kris since 2011, she is family to us. We have never heard of a real estate agent who says “This is not your house.” She knew exactly what we were looking for and took the risk of zero commission to make sure we found our dream home. We are so happy in our new home and we are extremely lucky that Kris Feldman has been our real estate agent these last 11 years.

I worked with Diego Sito to buy my house. He was great at answering all my questions (as a first-time homeowner), and helped me put an offer down within the week! His input and experience was invaluable, and his advice helped me get the house in a multi-offer situation. I loved working with Diego and the Galanti Group, they really made my first-time homebuying experience much less confusing and more exciting!

Hilary could not have been a better agent. Once she looked at our home, she quickly did a comp analysis to not only determine the right price, but let us know what we needed to do to get ready to sell. She got her trusted contractors over to provide quotes for minor fixes and painting We were able to sell off market at the price we expected!

Avi Galanti did excellent work for us as a real estate seller’s agent. Our home sold very quickly and we received very good service: Avi was professional, honest, hardworking, great eye for details, very responsive, punctual, and has an excellent Rolodex of connections that provide third party services such as movers, handiman, staging, cleaning, to help any seller through what would otherwise be a stressful time. We were first time sellers and Avi walked us through the process with patience and integrity. Excellent Real Estate Agent!!

We had a fantastic experience working with Kris Feldman to find our forever home. Kris is honest, up front, knowledgeable, and diligent. As first-time home buyers, Kris not only helped us find the perfect house for our growing family, she gave great advice and counsel on what to expect throughout the home-buying process. Kris put us in touch with a mortgage company that approved us for a loan on short notice (on a holiday no less) so that we could make a winning offer in a competitive situation. Her previous relationship with the listing agent was a big plus, and Kris personally vouched for us and our offer in her discussions with the homeowners. We were impressed by Kris’ honesty and clear-eyed assessment of the houses we saw and the market as a whole. We would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for an agent. Our only complaint is that she helped us find a home so quickly that we didn’t get a chance to enjoy her world-famous brownies! 10/10.
